Book on order, thanks for the recommendation. I can't deny that my heart sank somewhat at the thought of yet another blooming rabbit hole, so good to hear it's an interesting read, some are just hard work.

It is becoming clearer to me that Hitler and the Nazis were not only manufactured to achieve political aims before the war but also came in handy afterwards. Would that image of America Land of Freedom “beauteous on the hill” etc. be anything like as influential without the existence of some fiendish enemy – as demonic as possible? And the Nazis were always way more impressive than those distant (and frankly boring) Soviet apparatchiks.

Ever since WW2, Hitler and the Nazis have been endlessly referenced, the villains in any number of movies, with old Nazis popping up everywhere and new ones arriving every year. Best of all. The psychobabble initiated by The Frankfurt School is happy to blame the general population whose “psychological weakness” and “compulsion towards fascism” we never stop hearing about. All this whilst the Anglo-American clubs happily financed the Nazis and even had the cheek to rehabilitate them after the war.

But no! The victims get the blame!

Thanks, Rusere – order placed. And I'm yet to watch 'The Agenda', so cheers for the reminder to do so.

Even though we now know who were responsible and who have benefited from it all -- nothing much has changed in the sense that the source of ''power and influence'' remains unaffected.

I had already watched The Agenda and shared it with a few friends and now, after reading your enlightening article, I have ordered McGregor and O'Dowd's book - thank you for the recommendation!

Yes, as you say, "...history is just one damned conspiracy after another" and that's exactly what I thought after seeing an email just now which stated: "Thirty years ago this week, Bosnian Serb troops entered the town of Srebrenica in eastern Bosnia. Western officials later claimed that the Bosnian Serb troops committed a massacre or even a genocide against thousands of Bosnian Muslim men and boys in Srebrenica. In reality, no such massacre or genocide took place — it was an atrocity propaganda psyop."
