A great piece. Toby and the DS have lost the plot over the last ten days with their entirely one-sided coverage. Critical faculties and scepticism suspended altogether regarding the conflict and the stories about it.
It's been utterly horrific to watch. It's been the same with Unherd. There are some commenters valiantly trying to keep a balance but the downvotes against them are always in high numbers. It's like 2020 all over again, and seems that the majority of those who saw those events with a level of clarity have now fallen off a cliff, leaving just a few of us staring down at them in bafflement...
Nicely laid out mini-history (sorry if that's a less than appropriate term) and as usual a good grip on reality.
In response to Nik Jewell: I'm fairly new to Daily Sceptic and was, up till now, enjoying their content but then, as you say, they went full-on "one-sided".
Actually there are some really interesting points in here. I never thought of that concept that you mention whereby the Europeans (by which I probably am thinking of "Elites who run Europe") may have accidentally-on-purpose "sacrificed" Palestinians to assuage their guilt for mass WWII Jewish deaths.
This whole affair is leading me to new realisations too. Somewhere else I read that 1948 was the actual solution to the Jews that no-one wanted in Europe - get rid of them by persuading them you are giving them a homeland far, far away...
