In the last two pieces I wrote on China, multipolarity, and Gaza Genocide, I argued that China was built up to be the next global hegemon to pave the way for a transition to a ‘multipolar’ global technocracy while doubling up as a convenient bogeyman for the West.
"endorsing illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank?"
The West Bank was part of Israel, but it was given away to appease their enemies. The appeasement didn't work, and it became clear that the only appeasement that would work is giving away all of Israel.
Rusere, I've written a response, Repeating Western myths about China is not left-wing:
Initial response to Rusere Shoniwa’s pro-West-anti-China politics. It begins with this:
"Rusere has responded to my investigative pieces on the 1989 Tiananmen events in recent articles, and I intend to write a full response—either next or after my final two pieces on Tiananmen and a general one on China myths.
As for his latest article, China Speaks for Palestinian Rights and Acts for Zionist Settlements, Rusere is correct to call out those pro-humanity supporters who have a naive expectation that China will come in like a knight in shining armour to save Palestinians from genocide.
It is also reasonable to argue that China, by refraining from placing economic pressure on Israel, is not fulfilling moral and international legal obligations to stop ethnic cleansing in the West Bank (AI is invaluable here in understanding complex UN statutes and how binding obligations may be interpreted and applied). Yet international law aside, only the Chinese people can challenge the complicity of their own state in propping up Israel. When we lie about them on other matters, we drive people closer to their government, and away for international solidarity.
Furthermore, Rusere’s article blurs the line between legitimate left-wing, anti-war critique and Western right-wing mythology about China. This conflation not only weakens the clarity needed for left analysis, but also hampers our ability to understand the shifting global landscape—particularly the decline of the West, the rise of other powers, and what role (if any) those powers might play in resisting or enabling Western proxy wars, wars which are themselves symptomatic of imperial decay."
Lorraine, have you taken note of the name of my blog? I’m not left-wing! I’m a voluntaryist. An anarchist if you like. I have written whole articles on that position. The fact that much of my output is posted on Real Left Substack does not make me ‘left-wing’. It just means that my worldview aligns materially with that of the good folks at RL.
I have not repeated myths. I have stated FACTS about China’s investments in illegal Israeli settlements. I have stated FACTS about China’s economic and military entanglement with Israel. I have stated FACTS about the anti-Islamic views expressed by the current head of China’s Ethnic Affairs Commission and how those views align with the CCP’s current policy of ethnic fusion through mass Han migration into Xinjiang. China is actioning a policy initiative (“Private Enterprise Advances Toward the Frontier”) whose name combines corporatocracy with colonisation. That isn’t a myth. It’s a fact.
Repeatedly stating that I’m cranking out “right-wing mythology” while NOT addressing any of those FACTS, is NOT a reasoned counterview. It’s a tacit acceptance of the facts!
The article you’ve linked doesn’t address any of the facts that underpin my arguments. It also materially mischaracterizes my position as “pro-West” when I am ANTI-all major governments and blocs captured by global capital. Find ONE single “pro-West” argument or sentiment in my pieces! Labelling my critique of Chinese support for Israeli colonisation as pro-West is lazy. The whole thrust of my work is that no government is remotely interested in pushing back against the global corporatist agenda. Pointing out that China is, like all other governments, toeing the Agenda 2030 line is not a pro-West stance.
“AI is invaluable here in understanding complex legal obligations…”. So you’ve outsourced your critical faculties to AI, a tool of our ongoing digital enslavement? And what “complex legal obligations” are you referring to? Is it illegal to aid settlement activity which has been declared illegal under international law? Do you really believe that you can avoid China’s subversion of international law by stating that “AI is invaluable here in understanding complex legal obligations…”?
Finally, I will re-iterate the point I tried to make at the beginning of Part 2 of the multipolarity piece – a point totally lost on you. I do not care about defending China or any other great power for the simple reason they are all aligned with the human enslavement programme – it’s called Agenda 2030. And they are ALL rolling it out at pace. If I adopt an unfavourable stance against China using the FACTS I highlighted in my pieces, my sole objective is to rattle the cages of those who are still operating under the infantilised notion that a knight/s in shining armour in the guise of a government/s is going to save humanity from the peril we’re in.
Really interesting. Keep shining that light on all the parasites crawling out of the woodwork, Rusere!
