That little chap who stuttered his way through his answer to Danny Kruger made me laugh and shout at the same time! He said exactly what the CBDC is for - to keep track. For the Bank and other interested parties to keep track on how and what we spend our money on. There is no other reason. He knows that which is why he splurted it out and then had to keep waffling on because he was obviously told not to say that.
